Eat Your Nutrition™. When I first entered the wellness world, my mission was simple: Help women feel beautiful from the inside out. That spark became The Mindful Glow. My first website, which centered around the powerful connection between nutrition and skin health. It was about radiance. Mindfulness. Glowing skin that reflected an intentional, whole-food lifestyle. I even created my first published cookbook Beauty Nutrition Index cookbook back in 2020. I taught others how to unveil your inner glow through nutrition and healthy recipes. Here is the journey and evolution of Eat Your Nutrition™.
