  • ½ medium banana
  • ¼ avocado (Peeled and pit removed)
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoon lemon, juice
  • 1 cup milk of choice

  • Put everything in a blender. Blend and pour into a glass.
