  • Preheat the Oven
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Prepare the Wet Ingredients
    In a large bowl, mix together bananas, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and, almond milk.
  • Combine the Wet and Dry Ingredients
    When well mixed, stir in almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, cinnamon, sea salt, walnuts, and dates.
  • Shape the Cookies
    Once well combined, form 12 circles with dough and press lightly onto a greased cooking sheet (or use parchment paper).
  • Bake the Cookies
    Bake for 20 - 25 minutes until lightly browned.
  • Cool and Enjoy
    Serve three cookies with green or matcha tea.
