  • In a small mixing bowl, mash the banana.
  • Add the eggs and mix together.
  • Stir in the oat flour.
  • Heat a large frying pan and coat with non stick spray or coconut oil.
  • Cook low and slow. When you notice little bubbles on top, flip them over.
  • Cook for an additional minute.
  • Serve with more sliced bananas, pecans, and maple syrup. You can even try topping with some nut butter.
