  • 1 banana (Frozen)
  • ¼ avocado (Peeled and pit removed)
  • 1 cup strawberries (Frozen)
  • 1 ½ cups spinach
  • 1 cup coconut milk, light (Unsweetened)

Optional Ingredients: (Highly Recommended)

Instructions
 

  • Blend all the ingredients, in a blender until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a glass, and top with optional strawberries, coconut flakes, and hemp hearts. Enjoy.
