Blood Sugar Helper Green Juice Recipe

This juice has beneficial effects on the body and its blood sugar levels. This is one of my mean green juice recipes made with green apple.

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bitter melon
  • 3 lettuce, romaine
  • 1 green apple, red delicious
  • ½ lime
  • 1 cucumber

Instructions
 

  • Cut the melon in half, scoop out all the seeds and white inner flesh.
  • Cut the lime in half, cut off the rind and throw away. Juice the lime, and the outer green portion of the bitter melon.
  • Add the romaine lettuce leaves, green apple and cucumber.
  • Stir the mixture and drink fresh.
  • This is one of my favorite juice recipes with cucumber.
