Butter Pecan Fudge Recipe

Easy no bake buttery fudge made with NO dairy, butter, refined sugar, or condensed milk. This healthy version of butter pecan fudge is vegan, paleo, dairy and gluten-free, plus refined sugar free too.

  • Mix all the ingredients in a high-powered blender, food processor, or in a glass bowl with an immersion blender. Be sure to reserve half of the pecans for topping at the end.
  • Line a 1 pound loaf pan with either parchment paper or cling wrap. Spray with coconut oil. You can also use a silicone loaf pan. I also spray the silicone loaf pan with coconut oil spray to ensure the fudge doesn't stick.
  • Spread the prepared fudge mixture into the loaf pan and flatten out the top with a spatula. Top with the rest of the pecans. Gently use the spatula to press the pecans slightly into the fudge mixture.
  • Place the loaf pan into the freezer for at least 3 hours. This step is key, or the fudge will not be solid enough to cut into slices.
  • Once you are ready to serve, take out for about 5 minutes and enjoy.
