Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups broccoli (Roughly one head of broccoli)
  • 1 24 ounce jar alfredo sauce, dairy-free (Primal Kitchen No-Dairy Alfredo sauce)
  • 1 tablespoon thyme, fresh (Chopped)
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper, ground
  • 8 ounces cheese, cheddar (Dairy-free, shredded)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat broiler oven. Spray a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Fill a large pot with water. Add a teaspoon of salt. Bring water to a boil. Add broccoli, cook until vegetables are tender, about 2 minutes. Drain.
  • Pour broccoli into a baking dish. Top with Alfredo sauce and sprinkle with fresh thyme and black pepper.
  • Sprinkle the top with shredded cheese or cheese alternative.
  • Broil until lightly browned for about three minutes. Let the broccoli Au gratin stand for a few minutes before serving.
