  • Mix the Ingredients
    In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the chia seeds, almond milk, coconut milk, eggnog, collagen powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, nutmeg, cinnamon, and cloves. Whisk well to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed.
  • Let It Thicken
    Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results. Stir the mixture after the first 30 minutes to prevent clumping. The chia seeds will absorb the liquid and create a pudding-like texture.
  • Serve and Enjoy
    Once the chia pudding has thickened, give it a good stir. Divide into individual serving jars or bowls. Top with whipped coconut cream, a sprinkle of nutmeg, and crushed pecans for a festive touch.
