Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups milk of choice (I like unsweetened almond milk).
  • 1 pear (Cored and chopped)
  • 1 cup greens, mixed
  • ¼ banana (Frozen is best)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • ½ tablespoon coconut oil
  • ½ inch ginger, fresh (Peeled and chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon blackstrap molasses
  • ¾ teaspoon gingerbread spice mix, homemade (Recipe below)

Homemade Gingerbread Spice Mix

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy.
