  • Preheat the Oven to 350°F (175°C).
    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). This ensures the oven is at the perfect temperature when you're ready to bake the bread.
  • Prepare Dry Ingredients
    In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, arrowroot powder, baking soda, cinnamon, sea salt, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves.
  • Prepare the Wet Ingredients
    In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, coconut oil, water, pumpkin puree, and coconut sugar until smooth.
  • Combine the Ingredients
    Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until fully combined.
  • Fold in any optional toppings such as dairy-free chocolate chips, walnuts, or pumpkin seeds.
  • Prepare Loaf Pan
    Grease a loaf pan with coconut oil or line it with parchment paper.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  • Bake
    Bake for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Cool and Enjoy
    Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes, before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
