  • Soak Dates (Optional)
    If using dates, soak them in warm water for 10 minutes to soften. Drain before blending.
  • Blend
    Add almond butter, coconut cream, maple syrup, vanilla, sea salt, and soaked dates to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Warm Gently
    Transfer the mixture to a small saucepan. Warm over low heat, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened (about 3–4 minutes). Do not boil.
  • Serve
    Pour into a jar or serving bowl. Serve warm or at room temperature with sliced apples, pears, or pretzels.
  • Store
    Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 7 days.
