  • Blend the Ingredients
    In a blender, combine strawberries, protein powder, milk, yogurt, vanilla extract, sweetener (if using), cinnamon, and sea salt. Blend until smooth.
  • Transfer the Mixture
    Transfer to a bowl and stir in chia seeds.
  • Thicken the Pudding
    Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
  • Refrigerate
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or overnight) until thick and pudding-like.
  • Serve and Enjoy
