Homemade Coconut Water Electrolyte Recipe

This homemade electrolyte recipe is rich in magnesium, potassium, zinc, and loaded with antioxidants. Wonderful drink for muscle recovery or when you are sick.

  • In a blender, combine coconut water and fresh ginger. Blend.
  • Transfer to a saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil and remove from heat.
  • Stir in the maple syrup and sea salt. Remove from heat and stir in the lemon zest, juice, vinegar, and magnesium powder (if using).
  • Add in 4 cups of filtered water. Refrigerate until cold and serve.
  • Stir mixture before serving.
