  • Prepare the Ginger
    Peel and chop the fresh ginger root into small pieces.
  • Blend the Ingredients
    Add ginger, lemon juice, turmeric, cayenne pepper, and water into a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Strain the Mixture
    Pour the blended mixture through a fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a bowl, pressing to extract all the liquid.
  • Add Honey
    Stir in raw honey until fully dissolved.
  • Store and Serve
    Transfer the liquid to a glass jar or small shot-sized bottles. Store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
