  • ½ banana (Frozen)
  • 1 cup blueberries (Frozen)
  • ½ cup milk of choice (I like unsweetened almond milk)
  • 2 teaspoon flaxseed, ground
  • 1 teaspoon raw cacao nibs (Plus 1 additional teaspoon for topping)
  • 2 teaspoon hemp seeds

Optional Toppings

Instructions
 

  • Blend the milk, banana, blueberries in a blender until well combined.
  • Stir in ground flax seeds and 1 teaspoon cacao nibs. Top with the hemp seeds. Pour the mixture into a bowl, and add your favorite toppings.
  • Optional topping ideas: Top with coconut flakes, goji berries, cacao nibs, and fresh blueberries. Enjoy.
