Ingredients
  

  • 1 can coconut cream (Can also refrigerate a can of full fat coconut milk for 24 hours, scoop off the cream floating on the top). (P.S. Don’t waste the leftover coconut milk, reserve for smoothies or use in your coffee in the morning).
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons lemon, juice
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon lemon, zest

Instructions
 

  • Add all the coconut whipped cream ingredients into a glass bowl and beat the cream until peaks form. Set aside to use for topping.
