Teriyaki Salmon & Noodle Ingredients:

  • 1 handful sprouts (For garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Bring water to a boil, then cook the noodles for 2-3 minutes. After they are cooked, drain and rinse under cold water.
  • Cut the wild salmon fillet into small pieces and cover in teriyaki sauce. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  • Clean up the green onion and cut into circles.
  • Heat the olive oil in a pan or skillet and add the salmon pieces in. Cook for 2-3 minutes while stirring frequently.
  • Combine the noodles and the salmon pieces in the pan, along with the green onion. You can also top with sesame seeds if you like.
