Quick and Easy Teriyaki Glazed Salmon

  • Add vinegar, tamari, maple syrup, garlic powder, and ground ginger to a small mixing bowl.
  • Add salmon fillets to a large plate, then pour the sauce over the top. Turn fillets over a few times to coat.
  • Heat coconut oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. When hot, add the fillets.
  • Cook for 2 to 4 minutes per side, or until caramelized on both sides and cooked through in the centers.
  • Serve topped with scallions and sesame seeds. Enjoy with your favorite side dish. See my side dish suggestions.
