  • Prepare the Avocados: Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit. Scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
  • Mash the Avocados: Use a fork or potato masher to mash the avocados to your desired consistency. For a chunkier guacamole, mash lightly; for a smoother texture, mash more thoroughly.
  • Add Flavors: Add the lime juice, salt, and black pepper to the mashed avocados. Mix well.
  • Incorporate Vegetables: Gently fold in the diced red onion, tomato, minced garlic, and chopped cilantro.
  • Adjust Seasonings: Taste the guacamole and adjust the seasoning as needed, adding more salt or lime juice to suit your preference.
  • Serve and Enjoy: Serve immediately with your favorite gluten-free chips, raw veggies, or as a topping for your favorite dishes. If prepping ahead, store in an airtight container with plastic wrap pressed against the surface to prevent browning.
