Strawberry Dragon Fruit Basil Seed Pudding

Ingredients
  

Optional Toppings:

  • strawberries
  • dragon fruit, cubes
  • whipped cream, coconut milk

Instructions
 

  • Mix the basil seed and milk in a mixing bowl.
  • In two medium-sized airtight containers or mason jars, divide the seed mixture into two servings.
  • Blend the strawberries, dragon fruit, lime zest, and maple syrup in a high speed powered blender until smooth. Strain and top the pudding mixture.
  • Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes, 4 hours is optimal, or even overnight.
  • To serve, divide into 2 serving dishes and top with some additional topping suggestions.
