2 pitted dates, Medjool (Pitted)
1 ½ teaspoons matcha green tea powder
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup coconut flakes, unsweetened (Unsweetened)
⅓ cup coconut butter (Melted)
¼ cup almonds, raw

Get Recipe Ingredients

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a food processor or high speed blender, and blend until well combined. The mixture should be a bit crumbly.
Place the bowl in the refrigerator or freezer for 15 minutes to make it easier to roll out. Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of mixture and roll into balls. Enjoy.
Optional: Roll in additional shredded coconut or dip into melted chocolate. If you dip into melted chocolate, put the bliss balls back into the freezer to ensure that the chocolate hardens a bit.
