I know you will enjoy this beetroot detox soup recipe made with beets, fennel, and carrots. My love for beets started when I was a young girl. My grandmother used to make traditional Borscht fennel beet soup, and my mother would make roasted beets all the time. So it's only logical that this mother's day I share my delicious fennel, beet, and ginger bisque recipe.

Easy Borscht beet fennel detox soup recipe is nourishing & flavorful. The color of this beetroot soup recipe is a gorgeous, beautiful magenta pink.

7. Vegetable Broth - I kept this recipe vegan friendly by using vegetable broth.
