Gut Healing Chicken Soup

- 1 stalk celery (Finely diced)
- 2 large carrots (Shredded or chopped)
- ½ cup kale (Thinly chopped)
- ½ cup mushrooms, cremini
- 1 large zucchini (Chopped)
- 8 cups bone broth (Chicken flavored)
- 2 chicken, breast (Shredded, boneless, skinless; or leftover rotisserie chicken)
- 12 ounces egg noodles, gluten-free
- 1 teaspoon turmeric, ground
- ½ teaspoon black pepper, ground
- 1 teaspoon ginger, ground
- 4 cloves garlic, fresh (Minced)
- 1 ½ teaspoons thyme, dried
Optional Toppings:
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons parsley, fresh (Chopped)
- 1 dash sea salt (To taste)
- 1 splash lemon, juice (To taste)
Instructions
- To a large pot, add the olive oil, onions, and celery, and heat over medium-high heat about 8 to 10 minutes until they turn translucent.
